Public Relations Intern (Summer 2020)

Work Schedule/Days: Day / Monday - Friday Employment Type: Temporary Location: Office Park (1699) Requisition #: 39161 JOB SUMMARY The Public Relations Intern will support the efforts of the PR team through a variety of activities including media outreach, special projects, traditional and social media placement tracking, research on appropriate media contacts and editorial calendars, photography and content development for Children's social media channels and various administrative tasks. The PR Intern will have the opportunity to learn about cultivating relationships with media, facilitating news stories and creating compelling content for Children's external audience.

Help organize and promote activities, such as arts and crafts, sports, games, music, drama, social recreation, camping, and other hobbies. The position reports to the Recreation Center Leader.
